By registering with UniqueRewards.com you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not access or otherwise use the services of UniqueRewards.com and you must immediately terminate your account.

UniqueRewards.com is providing the Member with Internet services and opportunities to get rewarded while using the Internet in exchange for performing certain actions as desired by our advertisers. In consideration for this Service, the Member agrees to the following:

1) You are at least 13 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into an agreement and to use the above-referenced service in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;

2) You reside in the United States of America or Canada;

3) All information supplied by you is true and accurate;

4) You grant UniqueRewards.com the right to contact you via your e-mail account with important information. Such messages may include system updates; flash bulletins; administrative announcements; special requests, etc.;

5) You grant UniqueRewards.com the right to disclose to third parties certain member information in the aggregate. UniqueRewards.com will not share, sell, trade, or give away personally identifiable information to third parties without members' explicit permission. UniqueRewards.com collects online behavior statistical information regarding our members. Upon termination of the online session, closing of the browser and/or termination of your membership, this information will no longer be collected. We gather this information to improve the administration of UniqueRewards.com services and to increase the earning potential of our members. Summaries of the information will be made available to third parties. Those summaries do not include members' names, addresses, e-mail addresses, or other personally identifiable information;

6) If the membership is terminated or canceled for any reason, the member will forfeit all accumulated balances and other bonuses;

7) You understand and agree that, in addition to these Terms, each individual Offer will be governed by the concrete rules applicable to that Offer;

8) Each person can have only one UniqueRewards.com account;

9) We will immediately terminate any account that we believe, at our sole discretion, is in any way being dishonest with us or our advertisers;

10) UniqueRewards.com may change these Terms of Service from time to time. Unique Rewards.com strongly urges Members to check these Terms periodically for changes. The date of the current version of these Terms is noted above. Your use of the Service following any modifications to these Terms shall be deemed to be your assent to any such modifications;

11) UniqueRewards.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to Members. UniqueRewards.com shall not be liable to any Member or any third party should UniqueRewards.com exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service;

12) You shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to you. You acknowledge that you may only participate in Offers if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations;

13) The member is solely responsible for any taxes on payments made by UniqueRewards.com advertisers.

14) An accumulated balance has no cash value and the Member has no property rights or other legal interests in this balance or any referral balance unless it is included in the "Payable" amount.

15) We reserve the right to withhold or suspend expected balances for points earned from a specific advertiser should that advertiser fail to make payment to us, or otherwise violate any of said advertiser's obligations or commitments to UniqueRewards.com;

16) We will immediately terminate any account which we believe, at our sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any SPAM or other unsolicited bulk e-mails and postings.

We will also pursue severe legal action against Members who abuse UniqueRewards.com for SPAM-related activities. These actions may include contacting relevant authorities (such as employers, universities or local law enforcement) as well as asking Internet service providers to deny service.

SPAM includes, but is not limited to, unsolicited e-mails and/or postings in discussion groups, bulletin boards, and other public domain groups. SPAM messages are generally prohibited by most network providers and certain jurisdictions and those users employing them may be subject to fines and/or imprisonment. We do not allow our members to utilize SPAM messages. The company will immediately terminate all spamming accounts.

The only acceptable methods of referring someone to our UniqueRewards.com are through communication with family and friends, as well as through establishing a link to our web site on a member-owned web site.

17) Our members are paid on a weekly basis, each Monday. For example, if you order money on Tuesday, your earnings will be sent on the following Monday evening.

Payments by check: Members can request payment to be processed only for their payable balance, if it exceeds $20.00.

18) You may be able to link to third parties' Web sites ("Linked Sites") from the Site. Linked sites are not, however, reviewed, controlled or examined by UniqueRewards.com in any way and UniqueRewards.com is not responsible for the content, availability, advertising, products or other materials of any such Linked Sites, or any additional links contained therein. It is your sole responsibility to comply with the appropriate rules and guidelines, if any, applicable to the use of the Linked Sites. UniqueRewards.com reserves the exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to add, change, decline or remove, without notice, any link to any of the Linked Sites from the Site and/or introduce different features or links to different Members.

19) MEMBERS EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT THE USE OF THE UNIQUEREWARDS.COM WEBSITE ('THE SERVICE') IS AT THEIR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'WHEN AVAILABLE' BASIS. UNIQUEREWARDS.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL CONDITIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, CUSTOM OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF ADVERTISER ABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. UNIQUEREWARDS.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE.
